Bryan Polk is the President and managing member of Polk CPA Firm, PLLC. He is a native Houstonian with over twenty years of experience in public accounting. Bryan was previously a Senior Tax Director for RSM US, LLP, the fifth largest CPA firm in the United States. While with RSM, he worked with privately held businesses and high net worth family groups and handled tax planning and compliance for estates, trusts, multi-generational families, and family limited partnerships. He’s worked with a number of industries but specializes in manufacturing, law firms, transportation, and real estate.
Bryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of CPA’s (TSCPA), and participates in entrepreneurial organizations, conferences, and forums on new enterprises and start-ups through Rice University.
His education includes a Master of Business Administration from Rice University, a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver, and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
